Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligible Items

We accept returns on products that:

  • Were shipped directly from Lumaboxes
  • Are faulty due to manufacturing defects
  • Were received damaged or incorrect
  • Are returned with original proof of purchase

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items after 24 hours of order placement
  • Items with broken seals or damaged packaging
  • Products used in a manner not consistent with their intended purpose
  • Items without original packaging and accessories

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package the item securely with all original components
  5. Ship to our designated return address (not the shipping origin address)

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return
  • Our team will inspect the item and notify you of the refund status
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 2-5 business days

Please Note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • For orders with multiple items, only defective items will be refunded
  • Refunds exclude any original shipping, handling, or delivery fees

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping address provided
  • Packages marked as delivered but missing due to local security issues
  • Items damaged through improper use or care
  • Returns sent to incorrect addresses
